Coaching is centered on increasing self-awareness and unlocking new possibilities. It’s a dynamic, forward-focused process designed to support your personal growth, emotional well-being, and overall performance.
While it can be challenging at times, it empowers you to find YOUR OWN solutions to navigate difficult situations and emotions. It helps you identify and shift limiting beliefs and behaviors. I believe that this inner work is what leads to sustainable, long-term change.
However, coaching has also its limits. It is not therapy and does not provide the depth of work offered by therapeutic or somatic approaches. If I believe another form of support would better serve your needs, I will let you know.
